Employers in the rental and hiring industry must provide and maintain safe workplaces and plant, ensure safety of employees and visitors, supply training, consult workers, provide PPE when hazards can’t be eliminated, maintain plant and logbooks, ensure employees hold appropriate licences and register plant where required.
