Planq is a marketplace platform.

We do not:

• •Provide home services directly
• •Act as an agent for either party
• •Guarantee outcomes
• •Enter into contracts between users

Any agreement entered into is strictly between the customer and the service provider.

You must:

• •Be at least 18 years old
• •Have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• •Provide accurate and truthful information

Businesses must operate lawfully within Australia.

You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •All activity under your account
• •Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Customers may:

• •Post job requests
• •Receive responses from service providers
• •Choose whether to proceed with a provider

Planq does not guarantee:

• •That you will receive quotes
• •The quality of services
• •Pricing outcomes
• •Completion of any project

Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging a service provider.

Service providers:

• •May create a profile free of charge
• •May purchase leads on a pay-per-lead basis
• •Review full job details before purchasing a lead

Lead purchases:

• •Grant access to customer contact details
• •Do not guarantee project conversion
• •Are non-refundable unless required by law

Service providers are solely responsible for:

• •Performing services
• •Pricing
• •Licensing and regulatory compliance
• •Customer agreements
• •Insurance coverage

Planq does not guarantee:

• •Volume of leads
• •Revenue
• •Conversion rates
• •Business growth outcomes

Lead prices:

• •Are displayed before purchase
• •Are capped within a specified range determined by Planq
• •May vary based on job type and complexity

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a lead, you authorise Planq to charge your selected payment method.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian law.

Planq may use artificial intelligence tools to:

• •Assist customers in structuring job briefs
• •Improve clarity and categorisation

AI-generated outputs are:

• •Based on user-provided information
• •Not professional advice
• •Not legally binding

Users remain responsible for verifying accuracy before proceeding.

Users must not:

• •Provide false or misleading information
• •Circumvent lead purchase mechanisms
• •Share contact details to avoid payment
• •Engage in harassment or abusive conduct
• •Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Users may submit content, including reviews.

By submitting content, you grant Planq a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and publish such content.

Content must not be defamatory, misleading, or unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Planq is not liable for:

• •The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• •Disputes between users
• •Loss of profits or business opportunities
• •Indirect or consequential damages

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Planq against claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• •Your breach of these Terms
• •Your misuse of the platform
• •Your services or conduct

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• •For breaches of these Terms
• •For fraudulent or harmful activity

Users may close accounts at any time.

Outstanding fees remain payable.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
